As a member of our online community, UnityPoint Health Insiders, you can provide feedback through our monthly online surveys. With topics ranging from your perceptions of health care in Wisconsin to ways that Meriter can best communicate with patients, your answers and ideas directly affect how we provide care.
Recognize Your Care Team
Interested in getting even more involved? Meriter is pleased to seek the advice of our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). The PFAC, representing a multitude of areas of care and demographics, is made up of our patients and their family members. Working with Meriter leadership and staff, the PFAC advisors provide in-depth feedback on the needs and concerns of patients and their families.
Rate Your Provider
Visit your doctor's online profile pages and rate the care they provided. Opportunities to rate your physician are available on Google+, Yelp, Healthgrades, Vitals and RateMDs.
