Dr. Dhaliwal is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was Chief Resident during his residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria at UnityPoint Health – Methodist | Proctor. Dr. Dhaliwal is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
