So Much, So Close
There's a variety of reasons you might visit Grundy County Memorial Hospital as an outpatient. It may be for an appointment with one of the many physician specialists who see patients in our Specialty Clinic. It might be for laboratory work, an annual mammogram, or an x-ray. Or, you may be scheduled for outpatient surgery or physical or occupational therapy.
Whatever the reason, we're honored you've chosen GCMH to provide you with health care services and we've compiled helpful information about your visit:
Where to park
Outpatient services are accessible from the south entrance of the hospital, off of East J Avenue in Grundy Center. A parking lot is available, and you'll use Entrance #1.
Where to start
If you're here to visit one of the specialists who see patients at GCMH, head directly to the Specialty Clinic Registration area (to the right when you enter the lobby).
If you're here for lab work or radiology, check in with Registration (located to the left of the Welcome desk) when you enter the lobby. If it's your first visit for Cardiac Rehabilitation, please stop at the Registration desk. Physical and Occupational Therapy patients may check-in in the Therapy Services department, which is accessible from the south lobby of the hospital, or through Entrance #2. Surgery patients should proceed to the Surgery Department for check-in.
When in doubt, please stop at the Welcome desk and a friendly volunteer will be happy to direct you!
- A beverage vending machine is available inside entrance 3 (near the Emergency Department)
