If your doctor has told you to lose weight, reduce your blood pressure, blood cholesterol, blood sugar or your waist size, as well as your risk for metabolic syndrome, heart disease, and diabetes then this 12 week program is for you. The program will run September 17th through December 3rd and combines GCMH’s popular 100 Day Weight Loss Challenge with the successful Metabolic Syndrome Prevention program. Participants will receive pre and post-program wellness measurements, weekly coaching and interactive learning while working through Real Solutions Weight Loss Workbook, weekly weigh-ins, and Grundy Family YMCA membership.
