The twelve-week course combines the power of small group coaching, nutrition education from registered dietitian-nutritionists, health information from registered nurses, and pre-and post-program measurements to track progress. New class materials and “Do This, Don’t Diet” techniques will be featured. A free membership to the Grundy Family YMCA is included for the class term. If you want to nourish your body with a healthy relationship with food, this program can help you get off the diet “roller coaster” for good.
