Join Live Healthy Iowa's 10 Week Wellness Challenge, January 14-March 22, 2019, for a fun opportunity to be active and improve your health! The flexible format and friendly team-based approach will keep you motivated and accountable to achieving team and personal goals. Last year, more than 10,000 participants from Iowa's 99 counties and beyond collectively logged over 25 million minutes of activity.

Once your team is registered (using LHIGRUNDY Group ID) individual participants can
access additional, optional perks including pre- and post- challenge biometric measurements, weekly weigh-ins, chances to win great prizes, and a free* Grundy Family YMCA Healthy Living exercise class of your choice.
*Participant will pay just $20 for their choice of a session 1 class and receive the entire $20 payment back once the class concludes if participant attends 75% or more of the classes during the 6 week session. Session 1 is January 7 – February 16.

Finally, Live Healthy Iowa is doubling the fun with this year, pulling in some awesome folks to connect with participants. First, Iowa actor, Scott Siepker, will document his own 10 Week Wellness Challenge journey. Scott will undoubtedly add some humor to the weekly emails through his video features, and keep us on our toes! A trainer team we’ll be collaborating will bring you real life fitness tips, encouragement, video challenges and more! This dynamic duo from Bondurant, Matt and Julie, are excited to energize and engage participants while also sharing their own struggles in managing the chaos of everyday life.
