Move More With Walk with a Doc

Dr. Eric Neverman's prescription for improving your health is as simple as adding a twenty to thirty minute walk to your day, at least three to five days per week. And he offers to take those steps right along with people in the community who are getting started with a walking routine - through the monthly Walk with a Doc program held in Grundy Center.
The first Walk with a Doc for 2019 is set for Wednesday, March 6- 9:00 a.m. at the Grundy Family YMCA. The walk session will include a demonstration of Tai Chi, which is a simple movement routine that improves balance and strength.
There is no charge or pre-registration needed for walk with a Doc - simply stop by the YMCA on Wednesday, March 6!
