Graston Technique in Dubuque
Graston Technique is the use of special stainless steel instruments to treat decreased movement, pain and weakness in soft tissue that may be a result of scar tissue adhesions, decreased soft tissue mobility, and/or inflammation.
Our therapists use the instruments to help restore musculoskeletal balance and improve movements and posture. The Graston Technique can treat patients with tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, neck and back pain and other conditions.
Instruments are available at all three outpatient locations in Dubuque, Iowa, and in the homecare setting.
