Members of the Wendt Regional Cancer Center leadership team are charged with providing overall strategic direction to ensure each patient receives the best possible care. The hard work and dedication of this team shows in the outstanding care and individualized treatment plan that each patient receives at the Wendt Center.

Charlye Jenkins

Charlye Jenkins
Supervisor, Wendt Center 

Charlye Jenkins is the Wendt Regional Cancer Center Supervisor and manages the daily activities of the department. Jenkins started her career at UnityPoint Health – Finley Hospital as a radiation therapist and became the supervisor in 2021.

One thing Jenkins enjoys about her job in radiation oncology is the opportunity to care for patients. Each day, she believes their team is able to help support and uplift their patients, while continuing to be inspired and reminded of what matters in life. In addition, the radiation therapy field is constantly advancing with technology improvements that help provide the best care for patients.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Jenkins has been with the Wendt Regional Cancer Center at Finley Hospital since 2007.

Outside of work, Jenkins enjoys spending time with her husband and two very active children. As a family, the Jenkins like to spend time outdoors swimming, hiking, boating and visiting their lake house in northern Wisconsin, in addition to being active with youth wrestling and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers. 

Vickie Rahe

Vickie Rahe
Director, Radiology and Radiation Oncology 

Vickie Rahe is the Radiology and Radiation Oncology Director at UnityPoint Health – Finley Hospital's Wendt Regional Cancer Center. She joined the team in October 2016. Prior to that, she worked as a radiology manager and her background is in nuclear medicine.

Rahe earned her Master's in Business Administration from University of Dubuque and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Northern Iowa. She also has a certification in Nuclear Medicine from University of Iowa.

Rahe was born and raised in Dubuque and currently resides in Dyersville. Her husband farms and together they have four energetic children. Their family enjoys skiing, snowmobiling and sledding in the winter months. Summer time is spent outdoors at softball and tee ball games, doing water activities and vacationing.
