Saurabh Aggarwal, MD
Dr. Saurabh Aggarwal received his medical training at the Government Medical College in Patiala, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Chicago Medical School and his cardiovascular disease fellowship at Creighton University School of Medicine. He served as the medical officer at Fortis Hospital in Noida, India in 2009 and Aruna Asaf Ali Government Hospital in Delhi, India from 2009 to 2011. Dr. Aggarwal is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.

Eduardo S. Antezano, MD
Eduardo Antezano, MD received his medical training at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. He completed his residency with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and his fellowship with the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Antezano is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine - Cardiovascular Disease and also the National Board of Echocardiography, Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, Certification Board of Cardiovascular CT and the American Board of Clinical Lipidology.
His clinical interests include comprehensive cardiovascular care, hemodynamics, pulmonary hypertension and cardiac imaging. Procedures performed include diagnostic cardiac catheterization, transesophageal echocardiography, hemodynamic studies, pacemaker implantation and loop recorder implantation.

Rajeev Fernando, MD
Dr. Rajeev Fernando received his medical training at St. Johns Medical College in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, Texas. He pursued an advanced cardiovascular imaging fellowship at the Loyola University< Medical Center at Maywood, Illinois. He comes to UnityPoint Clinic from the University of Louisville, Kentucky where he served as Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine/Cardiology and Director of Cardiac Magnetic Resonance research.
Dr. Fernando is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. His areas of clinical interest include clinical cardiology, echocardiography, cardiac CT/MRI, nuclear cardiology, cardio-oncology, and congestive heart failure.
Ratna Priya Gangi, MD
Dr. Ratna Priya Gangi completed her medical degree at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India. She then completed both her residency and fellowship at Creighton University.

Dr. Tim Hart was born and raised in Des Moines. He attended the University of Iowa as both an undergraduate and medical student. His internship, residency and cardiology fellowship were all completed at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center, San Antonio, Texas. He began practice in 1987 with the Iowa Heart Center.

Amar Nath, M.D.
Dr. Amar Nath received his medical training at the Prince of Wales Medical College in Patna, India. His internship was at the University of South Dakota and he completed his medical residency at the University of Iowa. His cardiology fellowship was with the University of Missouri, followed by a fellowship in interventional cardiology fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia.
Dr. Nath was appointed to the faculty of the Medical College of Virginia as an interventional cardiologist, serving for three years. He moved to Des Moines in 1990 and started regular cardiology practice with the Iowa Heart Center.
Dr. Nath is on the medical staff of Iowa Lutheran Hospital and is a founding member of UnityPoint Clinic Cardiology. His clinical interests include interventional cardiology and general cardiac care. He regularly performs angioplasty and stent procedures. Dr. Nath is board-certified in Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
Beyond his regular practice, Dr. Nath has published several articles in leading cardiology journals, and has been invited by both the American College of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology to speak as an expert in interventional cardiology in their annual symposiums.

Dr. Leenhapong Navaravong received his medical degree at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok Thailand. He completed his residency at the University of Minnesota; a cardiology fellowship at Tufts University, Baystate Medical Center; and a cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Utah. Padmanabhan Priyesh, MD
Dr. Padmanabhan Priyesh went to medical school at Armed Forces Medical College and then served as a captain in the Army Medical Corps. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts, Berkshire Medical Center and then went on to finish his cardiovascular fellowship at Tufts University, Baystate Medical Center. Dr. Priyesh is multilingual and fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Punjabi.
He is board certified in internal medicine, nuclear cardiology and vascular ultrasound He is also board eligible for cardiovascular disease and echocardiography. Craig Stark, M.D.
Dr. Craig Stark received his medical training at Wayne State University in Detroit. He completed his internal medicine residency and fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Dr. Stark is board-certified in general, interventional and nuclear cardiology and echocardiography.
He was in practice with Iowa Heart Center from 1995 to 2013, and prior to that, spent six years in private cardiology practice.
Craig Stevens, M.D.
Dr. Craig Stevens received his medical training at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin- Madison. He completed his cardiology fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He began his practice with Iowa Heart Center.
