Vendor Invite

The 29th Annual Iowa Breastfeeding Conference will have attendees throughout Iowa and surrounding states and include a variety of healthcare professionals including nurses, lactation consultants and others who interact with breastfeeding mothers. We expect approximately 350 attendees. If you would like to reserve a vendor table for the conference, please register online by Wednesday, May 9, 2018 before 8 a.m. Due to limited space, registration is at a first come first serve basis.

The Iowa Breastfeeding Conference will follow the World Health Organization's International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes. No funds will be sought or accepted from any manufacturers of artificial baby milk. All marketing and products displayed must be WHO Code compliant. The Iowa Breastfeeding Conference will retain final approval of all vendors.

Cost:

$400 – For profit exhibitors
$100 – Small local businesses and non-profit exhibitors. 

Cost includes one 8 ft. table, 1 chair, complementary internet access and your company name in participant materials. Meals and snacks are provided for one representative. If you would like to have meals/snacks for more than one representative, there will be a $25 additional charge per extra person. This option is only available to add at the time of registration and cannot be added later.

Registration:

If you need to pay by check, select the "Pay by Mail" payment option and send prior to the conference. Payment must be received prior to the conference date.

If your payment is sent through an automated system, please send the details above to your payment processing center. We have been having trouble receiving checks as they are being sent to Blank Children’s Hospital but not getting to our department. This leaves us having to track them down. 

Exhibit Information:

The area will be open for set up at 7 a.m. the day of event. More will be communicated about this at a later date. Please note this is a two day conference but exhibitors are only present on the 2nd day.
