If you would like to reserve a table for the conference, please register online by Wednesday July 11, 2018 before 8 a.m. Due to limited space, registration is at a first come first serve basis.
$400 – For profit exhibitors
$100 – Small businesses and non-profit exhibitors
Cost includes one 6 ft. table (not skirted or draped), 1 chair, complementary internet access and your company name in participant materials. Meals and snacks are provided for one person. If you would like to have meals/snacks for more than one representative, there will be a $25 additional charge per extra person. This option is only available to add at the time of registration and cannot be added later.

If you need to pay by check, select the "Pay by Mail" payment option and send prior to the conference. Payment must be received prior to the conference date.

If your payment is sent through an automated system, please send the details above to your payment processing center. We have been having trouble receiving checks as they are being sent to Blank Children’s Hospital but not getting to our department. This leaves us having to track them down.
The area will be open for set up at 7 a.m. the day of event. More will be communicated about this at a later date.
