You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 36th Annual Cooperative Caregiving: Maternal & Newborn Essentials Conference. Attendees are nurses and other interested healthcare professionals in obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics and family practice. If you would like to reserve a table for the conference, please register online by Wednesday September 18, 2019 before 8:00 a.m. Due to limited space, registration is at a first come first serve basis.

Cost:

$400 – For-profit Exhibitors
$100 – Small Local Businesses and Non-profit Exhibitors

Payment prior to the conference is preferred. Cost includes one 8 ft. table, skirted on 3 sides, 1 chair, and your company name in participant materials. Meals and snacks are provided for one person. If you would like to have meals/snacks for more than one representative, there will be a $25 additional charge. This option is only available to add at the time of registration and cannot be added later.

Registration:

You may pay online with a credit card. If you need to pay by check, select the "Pay by Mail" payment option and send prior to the conference. Make checks payable to "Blank Children's Hospital" and mail check to:

If your payment is sent through an automated system, please send the details above to your payment processing center. We have been having trouble receiving checks as they are being sent to Blank Children’s Hospital but not getting to our department. This leaves us having to track them down.

Exhibit Information:

The area will be open for set up at 7 a.m. the day of event. More will be communicated about this at a later date.

Access to the Thompson Auditorium / Education and Research Center is possible via a loading zone at the south doors of the Education and Research Center building on 1415 Woodland Ave. You can also access the building from the hospital parking garage (entrance from North). Take the SE elevators to Level 1. Doors will open directly to the lobby and exhibitor tables.
