If you would like to reserve a table for the conference, please register online by Wednesday, September 19, 2018 before 8 a.m. Due to limited space, registration is on a first come first serve basis.


$400 – For profit exhibitors
$100 – Small businesses and non-profit exhibitors 

Cost includes one 8 ft. table, skirted on 3 sides, 1 chair, complementary internet access and your company name in participant materials. Meals and snacks are provided for one person. If you would like to have meals/snacks for more than one representative, there will be a $25 additional charge per extra person. This option is only available to add at the time of registration and cannot be added later.


If you need to pay by check, select the "Pay by Mail" payment option and send prior to the conference. Payment must be received prior to the conference date.

If your payment is sent through an automated system, please send the details above to your payment processing center. We have been having trouble receiving checks as they are being sent to Blank Children’s Hospital but not getting to our department. This leaves us having to track them down.

Exhibit Information:

The area will be open for set up at 7 a.m. the day of event. More will be communicated about this at a later date.

Access to the Thompson Auditorium / Education and Resource Center is possible via a loading zone at the south doors of the Education and Resource Center building on 1415 Woodland Ave. You can also access from the hospital parking garage (entrance from north). Take the SE elevators to ground level. Doors will open directly to the lobby and exhibitor tables.
