What is a Heart Valve Clinic?

The Heart Valve Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic providing comprehensive and customized treatment for valvular heart disease patients with the collaboration of advanced practice providers, radiologists, cardiologists, interventionalists, and cardiac surgeons.

The Heart Valve Clinic aims to diagnose and treat valvular heart disease before the risk for serious and fatal consequences increases. The multidisciplinary care team performs comprehensive physical evaluations, diagnostics, and facilitates patient care.

When should I visit the Heart Valve Clinic?

Patients with a murmur or diagnosed valve disease, patients experiencing symptoms of valvular heart disease or at a high risk can be referred to the Heart Valve Clinic by their primary care provider.

Risk Factors
