Ongoing support for weight management
This ongoing support program is available to participants who have completed the New You and New Directions Program indefinitely. This program is offered in a group setting or on an individual basis. Next Steps focuses on motivation and skill building for life long change. Research suggests that prolonged contact with a supportive program is a predictor of long term weight maintenance. This program features topic-focused support sessions, private weigh-ins and support from our weight loss experts
Next Steps Group Sessions
- Tuesdays at 5 p.m., weigh-ins start at 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays at Noon, weigh-ins start at 11:30 a.m.
