UnityPoint Clinic has established a Pediatric Endocrinology Outreach Clinic the second Thursday of each month at 855 A Avenue, NE in Cedar Rapids. Dan Sleiter, ARNP, CPNP, MSN with UnityPoint Health - Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines is the provider specialist who will see patients on the second Thursday of each month between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Donald J. Hillebrand, MD, with the Center for Liver Disease from Methodist/Lutheran Hospital in
Des Moines has established an outreach clinic at St. Luke's Hiawatha Campus Internal Medicine.
He will see patients on the first Tuesday of each month.

Dr. Hillebrand attended Iowa State University as an undergraduate and attended University of Iowa's College of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship with University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics' Internal Medicine division with a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Disease and Hepatology (care of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas and biliary system). He is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology - Hepatology and Transplant Hepatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) - qualified liver transplant physician.

His clinical interests include end-stage liver disease, liver transplant evaluation, post-liver transplant care, hepatitis evaluation and management, Hepatitis C treatment, liver cancer (hepatoma, hepatocellular carcinoma) evaluation and management.
