Our practice is based upon a co-management model. To become a patient in our clinic, a referral is placed by your primary care provider or your OB provider. Once our office has received this referral, we will reach out to you to schedule an appointment in our clinic.
Our job is to work with you and your OB provider to identify and solve problems. We evaluate and care for all manner of maternal and fetal high-risk conditions. We also assess patients in pre-conception counseling, as well as provide post-pregnancy debriefs for patients with unexpected outcomes.
We do not do deliveries; your OB provider does
The captain of the ship is always our referring provider, and you of course. We would rather be more "like special ops; get in, fix something, get out," and as our team often says, hopefully graduate you from our practice. If need be though, we will see through any high-risk problem that you or your baby may have.
We are very sensitive to the apprehension that families have when they are concerned for an unborn child, the mother, or sometimes both. Our scheduling is responsive and nimble. Emergencies are seen the same day, often sent directly from your provider’s office or seen in the hospital. Urgent patients are seen within a day or two. An important piece of the service we provide is simply being an accessible resource. If you call the office our staff knows that unless we are truly in another emergency, we will speak with you right away.
Our team cares deeply for all our patients and providers. We go the distance for everyone we serve.
