Child Abuse Under Iowa Code
Child abuse is classified under Iowa code 232.68(2) 2 - "Child abuse" or "abuse" means: (a.) Any non-accidental physical injury, injury which is at variance with the history given to it, suffered by a child as the result of the acts or omissions of a person responsible for the care of the child.
