Due to COVID-19 our conference is moving to a virtual format.

You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 23rd Annual Pediatric Nursing Conference. Attendees include nurses who participate in the care of children and adolescents. If you would like to reserve a virtual vendor space for the conference, please register online by Wednesday November 4, 2020 before 8 a.m. 


$400- Sponsor Exhibitor

$100 – For-profit Exhibitors

$25 – Small Local Businesses and Non-profit Exhibitors

  • Virtual Vendor Room:
    • Your company will have a personal folder on our Pediatric Nursing Conference Attendee Google drive. You will have access to this drive and be able to add downloadable information, PowerPoints, etc. You could even upload a video of yourself explaining your services.

  • Vendor Information Sheet:
    • Attached as a handout in the virtual conference room attendees can download our vendor information sheet which will include your company name, logo, and a descriptor of the services you offer.
    • This sheet will also be printed and mailed to attendees.

  • Printed Information:
    • If you have brochures or other printed materials you’d like sent to attendees, those can be mailed to me and then included in the attendee packet mailed to all conference attendees.
  • Conference Registration:
    • Vendors will also be able to view the entire conference live.

Sponsorship Opportunity: $400

  • Set your company apart from the rest. We have limited exhibitor sponsorship opportunities available. Our conference sponsors will have the same benefits listed above with the following added perks.

  • Company name and logo displayed on conference website.
  • Recognition as company sponsor in opening remarks.
  • 5 minutes of live airtime to speak to attendees before lunch.

Registration: Payment prior to the conference is preferred.

If your payment is sent through an automated system, please send the details above to your payment processing center. We have been having trouble receiving checks as they are being sent to Blank Children’s Hospital but not getting to our department. This leaves us having to track them down.

  2. List multiple approaches for assisting caregivers as they navigate a new diagnosis of ARFID.
  3. Identify medical assessment findings that may be indicators of human trafficking in minors. 
  4. Discover the various legal issues surrounding social media use in the healthcare setting. 
  5. Describe common symptoms children experience following a stressful experience. 
  6. Identify resources available to support students and healthcare personnel in light of COVD-19.
  7. Discuss the clinical characteristics of COVID-19 in children. 
  8. Describe the difference in clinical findings between pediatric and adult patients with COVID-19.
