You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 37th Annual Cooperative Caregiving: Maternal & Newborn Essentials Conference. Attendees are nurses and other interested healthcare professionals in obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics and family practice. If you would like to reserve a table for the conference, please register online by Wednesday September 16, 2020 before 8:00 a.m. 


$100 – For-profit Virtual Exhibitors
$25 – Non-profit & Small Local Business Virtual Exhibitors

Payment prior to the conference is preferred. Registration includes the following.

  • Virtual Vendor Room:
    • Your company will have a personal folder on our School Nurse Conference Attendee google drive. You will have access to this drive and be able to add downloadable information, PowerPoints, etc. You could even upload a video of yourself explaining your services.
  • Vendor Information Sheet:
    • Attached as a handout in the virtual conference room attendees can download our vendor information sheet which will include your company name, logo, and a descriptor of the services you offer.
    • This sheet will also be printed and mailed to attendees.
  • Printed Information:
    • If you have brochures or other printed materials you’d like sent to attendees, those can be mailed to me and then included in the attendee packet mailed to all conference attendees.


You may pay online with a credit card. If you need to pay by check, select the "Pay by Mail" payment option and send prior to the conference. Make checks payable to "Blank Children's Hospital" and mail check to:
