Vendor Invite

You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 19th Annual School Nurse Conference. Attendees include school nurses and other medical professionals who provide healthcare for children in the school setting. If you would like to reserve a table for the conference, please register online by Wednesday July 10, 2019 before 8 a.m. Due to limited space, registration is at a first come first serve basis.

Cost:

$400 – For-profit Exhibitors
$100 – Small Local Businesses and Non-profit Exhibitors

Payment prior to the conference is preferred. Cost includes one 6 ft. table (not skirted or draped), 1 chair, and your company name in participant materials. Meals and snacks are provided for one person. If you would like to have meals/snacks for more than one representative, there will be a $25 additional charge. This option is only available to add at the time of registration and cannot be added later.

Registration:

You may pay online with a credit card. If you need to pay by check, select the "Pay by Mail" payment option and send prior to the conference. Make checks payable to "Blank Children's Hospital" and mail check to:

If your payment is sent through an automated system, please send the details above to your payment processing center. We have been having trouble receiving checks as they are being sent to Blank Children’s Hospital but not getting to our department. This leaves us having to track them down.

Exhibit Information:

The area will be open for set up at 7 a.m. the day of event. More will be communicated about this at a later date.
