JRMC Receives $200,000 from an Anonymous Couple
The Jones Regional Medical Center Foundation recently received a $200,000 anonymous donation for the endowment fund at the Jones County Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque. They gave to Jones Regional because they value local health care and shared that it's important how the the Jones Regional Medical Center staff is dedicated to their patients. They said it shows every time they visit the hospital.
The Foundation Board wanted to show their appreciation to all staff who make a difference in the patients and families they care for, each and every day. A piece of Stone City Stone with the UnityPoint Health - Jones Regional Medical Center vision statement was given to all Jones Regional employees. It is symbolic because Stone City Stone is the foundation of our community and our hospital building, literally, and our staff is the foundation of what happens inside the hospital, providing the best outcome for every patient, every time.
This is a great example of little things making a big difference!
