Joni Latham Griffin, RN
Joni Griffin is the Manager of Wellness at UnityPoint Health – Trinity. She has been a part of the Trinity team since 1997, serving in various diverse nursing roles. Joni attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and graduated from the Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing. She is passionate about promoting health literacy and educating on ways to maintain health and well-being to prevent disease and disability.
Erica Hall, MS, ACE-CHC
Erica Hall is certified as a Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise with a specialization in weight management. She received her Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa and her Master's degree in Health Sciences from Western Illinois University-Quad Cities. Her mission is to encourage others to adopt a healthy lifestyle that will enhance their overall health and quality of life.
Chelsie Howe, MS, CHES, Wellness Coach
Chelsie Howe is a Wellness Coach at UnityPoint Health – Trinity and is certified as a Health Education Specialist through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Health and Human Physiology, and received her master's degree in Health Education from Kaplan University. She values the relationships she builds with her clients, and enjoys helping others find happiness by providing the support, education, and resources that are necessary for optimal health and wellness.
Shannon Lehman, MS, ACSM-CEP, CWHC
Shannon Lehman is a certified Wellness and Health Coach working at UnityPoint Health - Trinity. Shannon graduated from Western Illinois University with a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Nutrition. She has an extremely versatile background in disease prevention, risk factor reduction and lifestyle modification. Shannon also earned her American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification. Shannon's vision is to educate employees and encourage integration of a healthy lifestyle into their daily lives.
