Wellness Aware Program

Trinity's wellness coaches assist in addressing community wellness needs to take full control of their health and reach a higher quality of life in order to:

  • train for fitness events

  • learn dietary and exercise approaches to help lower blood pressure and/or cholesterol.
  • lose, maintain or gain weight.
  • assess health related risks.
  • achieve other wellness related goals.

Knowing your risk for chronic diseases is very important. Both family history and lifestyle choices are just some of the factors that can increase your risk. Unfortunately, we don't have control over some risk factors, such as age, gender and family history. The good news, however, is that we can take action and work on the other, controllable risk factors.

Weight Aware Program

Every individual throughout the Quad Cities can take advantage of the guidance and coaching the Wellness team offers to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Our Wellness coaches are a valuable resource for exercise, stress relief, and general nutrition. It's easier than ever to keep track of health goals and achieve a healthier lifestyle. This is an 8 week program with a weekly Wellness Coach session. Participants receive one on one support during these customized sessions and can expect to have:

  • Weekly weigh-ins

  • Blood pressure check
  • Waist circumference
  • Coupon for free lipid panel and blood glucose level
