Why did you become a provider?I have always had a passion to work with children. Pediatrics is so rewarding that it never feels like work. You get to have fun with your patients while trying to make them feel better.
What qualities best describe the care you provide to your patients?
In pediatrics, you are not just taking care of a patient but also the parents. I like to be a part of patients' lives, watching them grow. I would like to help the families achieve their goals as well as stay healthy with up-to-date evidence-based medicine.
Being a health care provider, what drives/motivates you each day?
The main motivation every day is the difference I can make in a child's life. Being a mother, I understand that raising children is not easy. I would like to help families in every way possible to help their child become a responsible, healthy adult.
What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? What would you like your patients to know about you?
As a pediatrician, I will provide family-centered care to all my patients. As a parent, you know your child the best. I will give you guidance and support, and together we can form an individualized plan that works best for your child.
