Patient Ratings and Comments About Our Survey
The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

The doctor was very nice and seemed very concerned about my issue. But, at one point, when he left to get me set up to get a test done, I could hear him complaining about how he didn't want patients who were asking to see the other provider at the clinic (I had apparently made the mistake of telling him that I was actually referred to the other doctor but that they weren't accepting new patients). It made me very uncomfortable to hear him saying that to the nurses. It also made me feel like I had done something wrong. Doc could've handled that a lot better than he did.UnityPoint Clinic Patient

Dr Dawalibi is always concerned with my health and well being. He is very compassionate and I always leave the office knowing that I am in good hands. He often calls after hours to make sure I or my husband are feeling better or have any concerns. We have never had this quality of care with any other physician. He is truly a wonderful, caring Dr. and human being. He also has a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff.UnityPoint Clinic Patient
