We are so excited you have made the decision to REGAIN HOPE and REGAIN HEALTH!

WellPower is a 13 week comprehensive program that will safely and effectively guide you on your weight loss journey by including all aspects of weight management – nutrition, fitness, self-exploration and mind-body connection.

Includes:

  • Weekly nutrition and exercise classes taught by UnityPoint Health - Methodist | Proctor Registered Dietitians and Exercise Specialists
  • Specific education in helping you understand the psychology behind your eating habits
  • Weekly weigh-ins to track your progress
  • Complete pre and post fitness assessment
  • Grocery store tour
  • Access via e-mail or telephone to a registered dietitian and/or exercise specialist during the program
  • Cooking/Food demo

This class meets every Monday at 11:30am for 13 weeks.
