Prenatal Education 2 Week Series-Bettendorf Campus

Congratulations on the upcoming birth of your baby! This is a two-week consecutive course that meets on Thursday nights from 6:00-8:30. This series will be held on June 6th & June 13th. This class will be held in person at our Bettendorf Campus located at 4500 Utica Ridge Rd.

This two-week series is designed to prepare you physically and emotionally for the experience of bringing your baby into the world. You and your birthing partner will discuss topics that include: 

• The process of labor and birth 
• Pain management in labor that will cover medicated and non-medicated options 
• Breathing, relaxation, and labor positions 
• Cesarean birth 
• Recovering postpartum
• Tour of the Birthplace unit
