Help for a Good Night's Sleep

If you have trouble getting to sleep or sleeping through the night, if you wake up too early or have difficulty waking up, or if you are overly tired during the day, you may have a sleep problem. If sleepless nights are disturbing your sleep regularly, serious health problems can be the result.

Grundy County Memorial Hospital offers Sleep Studies as part of the hospital's outpatient services. Spend a night in the Sleep Center, which has recently moved to the hospital's quiet and private first floor Inpatient Department. You'll be monitored with specialized equipment that records specific data and physical activities while you sleep. The data will be analyzed by a sleep specialist to determine what problems might be causing your sleep disturbance.

Services include:

  • Evaluation and Treatment of Sleep Disorders
  • Diagnostic Polysomnogram
  • Diagnostic Polysomnogram with CPAP/BiPAP Titration
  • Treatment of EDS (Excessive Daytime Sleepiness)
  • Help for Sleep Apnea and snoring

Sleep Services are offered by appointment, either through the night or during daytime hours.
