Mindless Eating for Weight Loss is March education topic

The public is invited to take advantage of the Just What the Dr. Ordered series of health education classes offered by Grundy County Memorial Hospital. The March topic is “Mindless Eating for Weight Loss”, and focuses on the small changes people can make that impact weight loss goals.
The class is Monday, March 19, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., A hospital registered dietitian-nutritionist will share the “mindless” ways in which changes to the home environment, grocery shopping patterns, and meal preparation and serving can impact weight and wellness. Information is based on the book of the same name by nationally known dietitian-nutritionist Brian Wansink. There is no fee for the education session, but pre- registration is requested to help plan for materials.
