Heart Failure Support Group
This support group is provided to people with heart failure. It is a chance for individuals with heart failure to talk with others facing the same issues. Each meeting a nurse will discuss a topic concerning heart failure. The program is designed for those with health failure or have heart problems that increase their chances of heart failure.
Heart failure can be hard to go through alone without the support of people going through the same thing. Family members and caregivers may also attend.
It is recommended that people interested in the Heart Failure Support Group first attend the Heart Failure Class.
