Employee & Student Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free, confidential and short-term counseling to employees or family members as part of their benefits. Our licensed professional staff provide a confidential setting where
employees, students and their family members feel free to seek help and
solve personal and family problems, learn new coping skills and enhance
their work or school performance. Employees and students who address
their problems are better able to concentrate, have increased
productivity and morale while reducing the likelihood of workplace
accidents and/or behavioral problems in the classroom.
Workplace and school performance is impacted by many problems people
face in their personal lives: divorce, physical illness, grief, stress,
substance abuse problems, to name a few. Employers or teachers have a
special vantage point to identify persons with such problems. Training,
awareness and intervention to solve problems ensures that a return to
health and high performance is more likely to occur.
Student Assistance Program
The Student Assistance Program (SAP) benefits the student, family, teachers and administration involved with problems in the school environment. The SAP provides free, confidential and short-term counseling to students or family members as part of their district benefits. The SAP can also provide training and education for students or teachers and administration within contracted districts.
