Catherine Evans, PhD      
Catherine Evans, PhD began her clinical practice in Wisconsin in 1984, but began her practice in Des Moines in 1990. Her educational background includes degrees from Drake University, Marquette University, and Brigham Young University.

Dr. Evans' practice includes neuropsychological evaluations, individual counseling, rehabilitation programming and family education. Dr. Evans' personal interests include running and spending time with her family.


Leonard S. Richards, D.O. 
Leonard S. Richards, D.O. began his psychiatry practice in 1995.  His educational background includes degrees from Iowa State University and the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences (known now as Des Moines University).  He completed his internship at Des Moines General Hospital and his psychiatry residency at the Mental Health Institute in Cherokee, Iowa.

Dr. Richards is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His practice includes treatment for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and bi-polar disorders. Dr. Richards became the Medical Director of Adult Psychiatry at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in 1997, and remains active in this role to provide exceptional care to residents of Iowa and surrounding states. Dr. Richards' personal interests include spending time with his family, outdoor activities and musical performance.


Wook James Kim, M.D. 
Wook James Kim, M.D. began his psychiatry practice in 1996.  His educational background includes degrees from Boston University and the University of Texas at Galveston.  He completed his internship and residency at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Kim is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  His practice includes treatment for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bi-polar disorders and schizophrenia. Dr. Kim's personal interests include spending time with his family and a wide interest in music performance.


Devi Mikkilineni's, M.D.
Devi Mikkilineni's, M.D. educational background includes a degree from Guntur Medical College in India.  She also completed additional psychiatry training at Winnebago Mental Health Institute at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Mikkilineni is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry.  Her practice includes treatment for depression, anxiety, mood disorders and bi-polar disorders.  Areas of interest also include women's health in relation to mental illness. Dr. Mikkilineni's personal interests include gardening and reading.


Shehzad Kamran, M.D.    
Shehzad Kamran, M.D. is starting his clinical practice with Penn Mental Health this year.  His educational background includes a degree from Khyber Medical College at the University of Peshanar.  He completed both his residency and internship at the University of North Dakota.

Dr. Kamran is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  His practice includes treatment for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bi-polar disorders and schizophrenia. Dr. Kamran's personal interests include biking and traveling.
