Join us for a new 6-week 'non-diet' program designed to help you connect with your inner signals of hunger and fullness, find satisfaction in your eating again and create a healthy relationship with food.
In addition to the group classes, each participant will have the opportunity to schedule an appointment at the beginning and end of the 6-week class for individualized assistance.

This class is available from the comfort and convenience of your own home or anywhere with internet access! They are offered in a live-webinar formation so you can access it from your computer or tablet. You will be able to view the instructor, Holly Paulsen, Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for individual assistance.
$90 covers each participant for all 6 classes plus individualized assistance.
