Pelvic Health (4-Class Series)
Our goal is to empower women to better understand their bodies in order to advocate for themselves now and for life.
This comfortable interactive pelvic health course series provides education and resources, guidance on movement and tangible strategies, and offers observation and hands-on feedback from skilled pelvic health therapists for women at any stage of motherhood.
This course is for you if you are...
- A mom at any age and/or stage of motherhood
- Expecting and eager to prep for postpartum recovery
- Managing urinary or bowel symptoms you were told were "normal"
- Struggling with urgency or incontinence with sneezing and/or exercising
- Managing discomfort with day-to-day activities
- Waiting for formal therapy and wanting to get a head start to better function
- Hoping to better understand your body and take control of your pelvic health
The course will feature four weekly classes covering:
- Session 1: Intro to pelvic floor, core and breath connection
- Session 2: Posture, basic exercise progressions and daily movement strategies
- Session 3: Bowel, bladder, intimacy and nervous system strategies
- Session 4: Break out topics — common postpartum concerns OR higher-level exercise tips

- In Person: $120 per family (includes two people maximum — participant, plus non-participant support person or child)
